This home, located in Clifton Heights, between the University of Cincinnati and the Over-The-Rhine neighborhood was begging for a modern update. It was on one of the city's best streets with the best views, only not on this side of the street. That was "easily" fixed with a rooftop deck! And let's face it, rooftop decks are cool. The home is 130+ years old but did not have much of the character and charm one would hope would come with a house this age. It also had nonsensical rooms, like a bedroom you'd walk through to get to another bedroom. So, we took it down to the studs and completely reworked it. The floor plan was rearranged for a more open concept, as well as to add modern amenities like a second floor laundry and master ensuite.
